They disappear after 24 hours and won't appear on your profile grid or in feed. • Watch stories from the people you follow in a bar at the top of your feed. View them at your own pace. • Discover photos and videos you might like and follow new accounts in the Explore tab. • Send private messages, photos, videos and posts from your feed directly to friends with Instagram Direct. • Instantly share your posts to Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr and other social networks. Keep in mind that other devices running Windows 10 may not support certain features, like the ability to capture and upload photos and videos.

What's new in this version
Fixed a crash on startup. Instagram for Windows 10 tablets is now available in the Windows App store. The app includes all of the major features, including Instagram Stories, Direct and Explore. And you’ll be able to capture, edit and share directly from your Windows 10 tablet device. Keep in mind that other devices running Windows 10 may not support certain features, like the ability to capture and upload photos and videos.

This app doesn't have half the features that I would like. Almost every DM I get is "Update app. Update your app to see this message." Buuuuut…. there is NEVER AN UPDATE... It's quite annoying. ALSO the stickers, there is so many missing and all my friends think I'm ignoring them because I can't use the type something box. Also the face filters are useless cause if you use them the computer will crash as soon as you press one. There are so many bugs and missing things, I would not recommend this for anyone. You would be better off buying an iphone 1 and getting Instagram...

honestly i cant take how much this app is missing compared to the mobile version, posting images is buggy and swiping cant view multi image posts, the reload sometimes doesn't work and you cant even use emojis and filters, not only that but you cant use photos on the computer storage because its not supported, so you cant send or post things ( story chats & posts) , seriously your telling me you have all this money and business but you couldn't even help the people who spend their time on your computer app. This is complete ********

Review title of UnknownPoorly Made Really..
My main concern is with the direct messaging feature, pressing enter on my keyboard (Which on most other messaging platforms would automatically send the message you're typing) doesn't automatically send the message that I'm typing. Not only that, unlike mobile, it doesn't automatically scroll down when me or the person I'm direct messaging sends a new message, which is really inconveniencing in the grand scheme of things. I'd have to scroll my mouse wheel, which isn't in my hand while I'm typing, or if I don't have my mouse, I'd have to select the scroll bar on the side. This is a very poor PORT of Instagram on mobile, and could be excellent if it was handled and executed correctly. The whole point, or at least how I see it, of an Instagram on PC is the convenience of having whats on mobile, on your PC; and this app does nothing but make things harder.

The design looks and feels old and outdated. You should implement Fluent Design to make it look more modern. Features and interaction with Windows 10 are also very important, you really need to support Task View, People App, and give us the option to upload and edit pictures through the app.
